The assembly is simple and fast with a few assembly aids. We use only high-quality stainless steel with the material designation 1.4301 for the B59 shelving system. As a result, the surfaces are easy to clean and all requirements for the use of hygienic food storage in refrigerated and non-refrigerated rooms are met. The B59 shelving system is also used for sterile goods storage in hospitals and nursing wards or in laboratories.
Due to assembly, the depth of the shelves and grids is approx. 67 mm narrower than the total depth of the shelves. The specified total length of the trays or grates is 25 mm less than the total length of the trays or grates between the hook-in lugs. From a length of 1000 mm, 600 mm deep floors are additionally reinforced with a joist. The bay load is calculated from the sum of the individual compartment loads per rack bay.
